Bison "Bad Address" error.

Hello, 

	Can anyone explain what the Bison "Bad Address" message indicates?
Here's the command line:

F:\vob\COMMON\CISCLI> f:\vob\Tools\bison.exe -b y -d -v CLI.y -o y.tab.c -S
bison.simple -H bison.hairy 
bison: Bad Address

  Any Clues?
