I'm sorry to ask, as I'm sure that this has been discussed in the archive,
but the search feature is down :(

I'm trying to install Perl 5.005_2 (compilation and test suceeded), and it
fails on :

./perl installperl
/usr/local/bin is not writable by you
make: *** [install.perl] Error 2

But I have the right to do so I guess :
