Win98 and arrow keys

Win98 but why?  Anyways, make sure that your keyboard mapping reflects
your keyboard.  I.e are you using a US keyboard or not?  That may 
help.  Also the arrow keys probably have different mapping in a non-US
keyboard.  

Other then that I have no clue.
