where to get X11 libs wich work with Cygwin?

Serguei Okhapkine ( http://miracle.geol.msu.ru/sos/ ) and Andy Piper
( ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Piper_Andy

have precompiled libs.

I grabbed them from the Open Group
( http://www.opengroup.org/tech/desktop/x/ ) and they built fine.
