Compile program

   I would like to know how to compile and link programs consisting
of multiple source files with the Cygwin32. I tried something like
"gcc -o foo.exe foo.c bar.c -lgdi32" but it failed. If possible, please 
direct me to the section related. Thanks for your attention.
