The cygwin DLL

Hi!

I wrote a program, compiled it with CygWin and smacked it up on my homepage.
I didn't feel like including the DLL in the archive, because I thought that
it would be easily downloaded elsewhere (like the EMX run-time package).

Unfortunately, I'm unable to find a good place to point those that need to
download the DLL (and only the DLL) to.

Any ideas?
