where is flex++/bison++?

One runs flex plus plus
Under the Cygwin prompt and
One sees "Cygnus flex"

One runs the bison
With the dash dash version flag
And one sees Cygnus

One goes to sourceware
But the location of source
Is not evident

One is satisfied
With the C plus plus toolset
But it is not here

The home of the GNU
One finds, but none of the tools
Have the plus plus sign

One seeks enlightenment.
