Support for Pthreads?

The DLL can be built with pthreads support.  John Fortin has recently
contributed some support to help extend the pthread support in recent
snapshots.

By default, cygwin is not currently built with pthreads enabled.  You'll
have to build your own DLL to get pthreads in the cygwin DLL.
