[ANN] PVM 3.4.0 binaries for Cygwin b20.1

This package contains prebuilt PVM 3.4.0 libraries, binaries, includes and
the PVM examples for Cygwin b20.1. You need to have the X11 DLLs and an 
X-server to run the "xep" program. Size of the package is 3426740 bytes.

PVM binaries for Cygwin:

PVM site: 
  ftp://netlib2.cs.utk.edu/pvm3/

To build from source, use the patch in README.pvm-3.4.0 file (after
reading up on the prerequisites such as RPC port and so on).
