Mesa3d for mingw32

Well, I got Mingw32 from Mumit Khan's Site, but I guess that I forgot
something because I can't compile Mesa3d.
What I really need is just the header files to compile true w32 opengl
application, but I couldn't find them.
So, what I need to do to compile Mesa3d for Mingw32 ?
