Trying to compile Togl with cygwin-b20

Read the FAQ, searched and searched the web to no
avail.  Has anyone been able to compile Togl on 
NT with Cygwin Beta 20.1?  I made sure not to have
any "//" paths, but compilation still craters.
Any help would be *greatly* appreciated.  I'm using
Brian Kasper's pre-compiled Mesa libraries.
