It hasn't moved.  Occasionally freeyellow has server problems.  Keep trying,
you might need to add the port number after the .com. I.E.
http://www.freeyellow.com:80/members5/gw32/index.html or
http://www.freeyellow.com:8080/members5/gw32/index.html
