restrictions about distributions of Cygwin

Hello,

	A teacher and me ( I am a student ) want to promote the use of Cygwin
in my university; I want to know if we can put the distributions on our
intranet or distribute it on cdroms in order to put it locally to the
students.  Which restrictions apply to this topic ?
