Bash!

[???? ????]

I really need some help getting the bash program to work...  It says I need 
to create "/tmp."  But I don't know what command/s to work.  I have already 
checked the FAQ on the cygwin download page.  I just would like to be able 
to fix this little problem.  Can anybody help me?
