CygWin to PowerPC GCC cross-compiler availability question

Hello,

I'm looking for CygWin-hosted PowerPC-targeted GCC
cross-compiler (non-commercial).
I'd appreciate any help on how to find/build it.
My target is PowerPC 850 based embedded platform without OS.
