help need libax25-0.0.7 & ax25tools-0.0.5 & ax25-apps-0.0.4 for cygwin B20

Could anyone please help a new guy to cygwin( 24HRS 
NEW ), i would like to obtain the following files ported to cygwin 
or detailed info on how to do it , has some one 
already ported these please 
also how do i set up programs that you would 
normaly use ./configure with in cygwin
 
 
libax25-0.0.7
ax25-apps-0.0.4
ax25-tools-0.0.5
 
any help would be most appriciated 
i can email these programs if required
