Problem with Program on NT

Hello,
    I downloaded a copy of SSH-1.2.27 compiled for NT, and seem to be having
some trouble with the ssh-agent program.  It gives me an error about
incorrect permissions on /tmp/user-ssh  Any ideas as to why this might be.
I looked thru the archives, but there was nothing.
