gnuplot won't work with new net release

That doesn't sound to me like a very well Cygwinized
gnuplot. Is this actually a Cygwin version that's
overcompensating, or a Win32 version that doesn't
understand Cygwin at all? If the latter, you really
need to compile a real Cygwin version of gnuplot.
