Latest version bash.exe and csrss.exe slams CPU at 100% after each command!

Csrss is the "client server runtime subsystem", more accurately called the
"Win32 subsystem". It's the part of Win32 that must be shared across
processes, but is not in kernel mode. For example, this is where video
drivers ran in NT 3.x.
