2nd problem: cygwin and windows 2000

Look for an environment variable TMP or TEMP, and where it points is where
it is needed.  Usually off of root - /tmp - if the env vars are not found.

after i switched from win98 to win2k (wich is a tad more stable :) cygwin
doesn't work anymore.

bash.exe: warning: could not find /tmp, please create!
BASH.EXE-2.04$

i know this is a path/variable problem because it puts the root in
c:\cygwin\bin :)
but i dont know wich paths to set and wich variables
previous version installed withouth a glitch before windows decided i was
bored and should go re-install my computer :|
