libcurses.a / libCurses.a

Hi Cygwinners,

ifound two libs, wich got a similar name:

libcurses.a and libCurses.a, only difference is the cap in the mibble of the
perl lib, isn't this a problem, because cygwin doesn't care about uc / lc ?
