info crashes

Hello 

The crash of info is related to gcc-2.95-6
I recognized that just starting info results in a core dump. I did the same
thing: Install cygwin from scratch, yesterday morning. By just downgrading
gcc to gcc-2.95-5 the bad behaviour disappears.
