mount c:/cygnus/cygwin-b20/.../bin
/usr/local/bin

I personally can't stand the directory structure
full.exe makes and just make directories on my drive to match the 'standard'
locations so that f:\usr = /usr after I 'mount f:\usr /usr' and do the same
for /bin, /etc ...
