setup cygwin freeze

We've had reports of a bug in the Mcafee (sp?) virus scanner causing setup
"hangs".  Disable this before extracting cygwin.  I assume that that
is what "Mcshield" is.

There should be no reason to uninstall or unmount anything, actually.
