Linking with Pro*C .libs from Oracle

After reading the email from kulack@us.ibm.com I tried:

 gcc -o nomacc_dmp.exe -I. nomacc_dmp.c SQLLIB18.lib

where  SQLLIB18.lib is the Oracle lib provided for MSVC
