Cygwin1.dll (1.1.2) CRLF

Chris,
I'm running on WinNT 4.
I've used the Cygwin B19 and B20 releases in the past.
I decided to use setup.exe and obtain the various gcc
packages (2.95.2), and Cygwin1.dll (1.1.1).
My makefiles stopped working, and I determined it was
because they were using \r\n instead of \n line terminators.
If I run MAKE (v. 3.77), it says
*** No targets. Stop
I thought version 1.1.2 of the DLL would take care of
the problem, but I'm experiencing the same behavior
after downloading/installing it.
Is there a specific MOUNT command that I would have to
use in order to make this work, or is this \n behavior
in makefiles intentional.
With the Cygwin B releases, I could use CRLF terminated
lines, which is more convenient on a Win host.
Thanks much.
Joe
