setup, default mounts

Hi!
The setup in the release dir allways mount /lib and /bin to /usr/lib/ and
/usr/bin. Is there a special reason for it ? 

Newbies like me have allways the problems with the confusing virtual
cygwin filesystem on top of the Windows-Filesystem.
