Install Cygwin from latest with setup.exe : missing as and ld

Sadly this mirror misses all the recently upgraded packages leaving only empty directories. Just type 'setup -u; and use another mirror.

Hello,

Trying to re-install completely cygwin using setup.exe from the latest
directory at sunsite.org.uk on June 27 (VERY LONG to download). I think
that I should have got all the required gz files and installation runs
well. But trying to exec gcc or g77 fails because of missing as.exe!

Setup.exe has downloaded the gcc-2.95.2-2.tar.gz package. Same problem
with the gcc-2.95.2-1.tar.gz package!

I could not find as.exe in the tree, and ld.exe is also missing. Can you
tell me which package did I miss ?
