LGPL is for libraries not GPL

We don't use it because the LGPL isn't "for libraries".  It's called
the "Lesser GPL" and it's for people who want less protection than the
GPL provides.  We don't.

Never use the LGPL for *anything* unless you really understand the
differences between the GPL and the LGPL, and you really do want those
differences.
