Cygwin 1.0: no mail available

Nope.  We've never distributed a mail client.  Sorry.

Unfortunately, you have to use whatever tools are already on
your computer.  We do not provide anything.  I believe that there
are probably ports available.  If you vist the project web page
you might be able to track some down:
