[ANN]: mt-1.9

Hi,

I have uploaded a new version of mt(1) to ftp.franken.de.
It solves a problem with tape devices which don't support
standard filemarks but only long and/or short filemarks
like Exabyte tape devices.

The patch is suggested by John Rowley <wjr@bgs.ac.uk>.

You will found mt version 1.9 in
