make is not working for a latest release

Hello,

I have installed a new version of Cygwin (Cygwin 1.1.0) recently.
But make is not working for UNIX mode. All other stuff seems to be good.

Before I used Cygwin 20.1 and had good results.
Could you please give any suggestion. Thanks.
