rcp

   After weeks of trying I *still* can't get rcp to work.  I'll keep
trying, but in the meantime I'll lob this out:  is there possibly a
better way to move files around?  I need something that works well on
Cygwin and a wide variety of Unices.  Suggestions appreciated.
