setup.exe 2.20 crashes

Thanks for the response.  I used www.freesoftware.com and I didn't get the
setup.ini parse error, but I still got the access violation.

Please try a different ftp/www server and see if that helps.
Otherwise, you're using setup in the same environment I use, and what
you did works fine for me.
