mailing from cygwin

Dear Ladies and Gentleman

I have a question about sending e-mail. Are there any possibility to send
e-mails from cygwin running on Windows NT, like in SUN Solaris with the
mailx- command. 
It would be for me very helpful to get answer from you soon.
