Setting cygdrive prefix to '/' causes disappearing mounts

I'm afraid there is a slip. As I see it, the mount logic tries
the pattern matching with "<cygdrive prefix>[a-zA-Z]\(/\|$\)" at
first, so /bin wouldn't be under cygdrive.
