BUG: pipe char for UK keyboards on Win98SE, CYGWIN1.1 was(CVS/RCS/oranything || UK Keyboards)

I'm running Win98SE too, and well since the pipe character does work, for
example, when I start vim from bash, it does seem like it could possibly be
a problem with the way bash is working/interfacing with the screen/keyboard.
Could someone at cygwin stick it on their buglist if they think it is
worthy? Since it (so far) only seems to affect Win98SE, maybe it isn't woth
fixing...
