dllhelpers-0.2.5/c++ doesn't work

Thanks for the reply (and Larry Hall as well). Much appreciated.
I've overlayed a recent snapshot-inst into my cygwin directory, and
manually replaced the /lib/libcygwin.a and /bin/cygwin1.dll which didn't
get upgraded. The dllhelpers/c++ example now runs correctly. Thanks.

But a small C++ hello world still crashes. Using 'cout' (instead of
printf) the program crashes deep inside the iostream call chain.
Anybody have any ideas? I've seen a message from someone else regarding
a static build, but that works fine for me.
