ssh/sshd Windows 2000 question

Hi All...

I am running ssh/sshd as a srvany (as system) service on Windows 2000 sp1.

I noticed that some files from applications that would go into

.../Documents and Settings/user-name/...

under normal circumstances end up in

.../Documents and Settings/Default User/...

when I run the program remotely from sshd. What is causing this?
