Trouble compiling tcl -- gcc 2.95.3 may be the issue

I am wondering if there is a site I can get gcc 2.95.2 from. I trying to
trace some issues with compiling tcl. I have tried to compile tcl8.3.3,
tcl8.3.2 and tcl8.2.3. They all break in the same place.

When gcc is compiling generic/tclClock.c, the function FormatClock has code
that has compiled in the past and does not now.
