latest cygwin DLL version + teTeX and PDF problem

Bonjour:

In view to reproduce the problem,
please can you try to pdf[la]tex distributed [la]tex sources,
I mean can you try:

pdflatex sample2e.tex
pdflatex small2e.tex
pdftex story.tex

and tell what you get.
