1.3.2: Cygwin bug in the Windows XP

Hello cygwin,

  WHan I enter the cygwin console in windows xp
  I get in the command line :

| I have no name!@MYCOMPUTER ~     |
| $                                |
|__________________________________|

 What is I have no name ???
