CRT _beginthreadex and cygwin

[Bono Saroj DLPC]

A project with compiled libcmt.lib (the multithreaded lib), using
_beginthreadex chokes on unidentified _threadex. Where can one hget
documentation about cygwins functions ? I see on the online doc that a
pthread_create exists but need to find out how to use it...
