Cron jobs won't run

Hello,

I am running the latest version of Cygwin downloaded as of 8/20/01 and I am
having problems with cron jobs not running.  I am on an NT 4.0 box and I
have issued the following commands to start the cron process which seems to
start fine because it shows up in the ps -a list.

$cygrunsrv -I cron -p /usr/sbin/cron.exe -a -D
$cygrunsrv -S cron


I have tried several different cron jobs after starting the daemon and they
don't seem to run at all whatsoever.  Any help would be appreciated.
