UW IMAP Server downloads back on-line: Please update URL

Cygwin team,

     I am please to announce that the UW IMAP server downloads are
back on-line.  Can you please update the links on the Cygwin site?
There are two links, one on http://www.cygwin.com , and the other
on http://www.cygwin.com/ported.html .
