Windows XP and Cygwin

I will know more about XP when I upgrade later on next year.
>From what I can tell from the beginning to now, is: wait until November 2001. XP went gold last friday, but only a dozen or so people outside Microsoft where there. I read that on ZD net on Saturday morning. I'd rather use Linux-Mandrake or Red-Hat-Linux.
