1.3.6 not linked on website?

Has there been too much mailing list chatter (read: issues) about 1.3.6 for it to have been "officially" released?  cygwin.com says "latest" is 1.3.5.  I realize I could get a snapshot if I wanted it.

Just wondering about development cycles.
