I'm still not clear on what these "headers" are.  Are they different
from cygwin's mingw package?  I thought that Earnie was keeping this
up-to-date.

Just to make things clear: I have very little interest in the
-mno-cygwin option to gcc.  I'm a Cygwin engineering manager and
developer not a No-Cygwin engineering manager and developer.  I've put a
not-insubstantial amount of time into getting things set up so that they
are beginning to work with -mno-cygwin but I am getting rather tired of
having to worry about this.

I am, as always, waiting for someone to step up and offer actual stuff
here.  The "Yeah, this will be great!" messages are pretty much white
noise at this point.
