Regarding socketio.h

Hello,
  I was trying to compile a freeware which was developed on UNIX environment
here using Cygwin. It was unable to locate socketio.h file. Could you please
help me in coming out of this problem. Is socketio.h available under cygwin
supported file??. If so, where can i find it.
