No, we got it, fileutils (ls) 4.0 is different, with new options.
ls --show-control-chars
this is a new one, and with this option it works fine:)
$ ls --show-control-chars
siebenschlaefer üöäÃÂÃÂ
ÃÂÃÂÃÂ
